Renters are trusted to behave responsibly and use good judgment to conserve the quality and care of the chair covers and sashes. In order to secure a date product/color/quantity/optional set up, a deposit of $100 is expected at the time of booking. These deposits are non-refundable and do go toward the total balance of your rental, not an additional fee on top of the rental/set up quote.  No checks will be accepted later than 14 days prior to pick up or delivery date. All returned checks are subject to a $30.00 service fee.

Dye Lots

Dye lots vary for several reasons. Linens are purchased from different vendors and added at different time. Also some pieces are laundered more than others. We do make every attempt to make sure the shades match as best as possible.

Replacement Charges

If any linen is not returned, torn, burned or soiled beyond cleaning, a replacement fee would be charged in addition to the rental fee. The customer is responsible for all items listed on the invoice at all times. Any loss which occurs at the customer’s facility or while in their possession will be the customer’s responsibility.

Customer Pick Up & Returns

Chair Cover Rentals are expected back before noon the day following the rental date.  Linens rented for a Friday, Saturday or Sunday Event is DUE BACK ON MONDAY. Late returns must have verbal approval. Linens can be returned between the hours of 5 p.m. and 8 p.m CST.  Linens not returned by this time will be considered late and will be charged a second rental fee. Each order that is being picked up by the customer will have their order counted and checked by a staff member prior to the order leaving the premises.  The return date is noted on the invoice. Upon return of products to Savvy Chair Covers, a staff member will check in and count the order. If the customer or their representative is unable to wait for the return count, the customer may sign a return waiver which specifies all counts taken by Savvy Chair Covers are true and accurate.

Delivery and Pick up by Savvy Chair Covers

Savvy Chair Covers provides a delivery and pick up service for the Sioux Falls, SD and some surrounding communities. A standard delivery and pick up day will be coordinated with each customer. Local deliveries are scheduled Monday to Friday per the agreement of the renter and a staff member of Savvy Chair Covers. If a member of Savvy Chair Covers must tend to a delivery and pick up of product outside of the 30 mile radius of Sioux Falls, there will be a delivery charge of $0.50 per mile for pick up and delivery for the entire mileage accrued.

Other Property

We are not responsible for any property returned to us that does not belong to us. We agree that we will not keep any property knowingly, but ultimately it is not our responsibility. We are not subject to any charges incurred to you by other parties.

Credit Card Authorization

By signing this agreement or by utilizing the payment portal on this website, you are authorize Savvy Chair Covers LLC to charge the credit card provided for rentals including any additional rental, replacement, or bounced check fees. Customer’s signature acknowledges the above guidelines and policies and agrees to abide to the requirements stated above.
